The path to knowledge was long and winding…

When I look back at our journey with food, I can see just how much of a difference it’s made to our family’s health and happiness. My husband and I have both lost weight, and those nagging little ailments that used to come and go have largely disappeared. (My gallbladder issues are still hanging around — but to be fair, they started long before we gave up ultra-processed foods.)
